1. Locate the inflation tab on the balloon (usually at the bottom).
2. Carefully insert the nozzle of your helium tank or hand pump.
3. Inflate slowly and evenly. The balloon will begin to stretch into a round shape.
4. Don’t worry if it looks odd at first – keep going until it’s fully rounded.
5. Stop inflating once the balloon is smooth, round, and taut. Do not overinflate – this can cause popping.
