How to Use
Shake well before use. Lightly and evenly spray onto inflated latex balloons from a short distance. Allow excess product to settle before handling or placing the balloons near flooring or other surfaces.
 
For best results, apply outdoors or over a protective tarp/drop cloth.

Do not spray directly over hardwood, tile, laminate, concrete, or other walking surfaces. Always protect surrounding floors and surfaces with a tarp or drop cloth before application.
